| Full line up for inner/outer diameter which are difficult to measure. Caliper gauge As to inner caliper gauge IM-880 series, the distance between gauge head facing out side is firstly set at standard dimension with ring gauge or micro-meter. Then, it is measured by inserting gauge head part into inner part to be measured after its scale mark of which moves together with rotated outer frame, is set at gzeroh. The displacement of indicator from g0h point of scale mark is to be measured at that time. The figure adding the read displacement to or deducting it from standard dimension is the dimension of inner diameter. This series attaches alternative gauge head which can set accurate dimension corresponding to size of inner dimension. Outer caliper gauge is opposite, namely reading the figure by holding work with 2 gauge heads facing inside. |
